The OMNI Mt. Washington Resort in conjunction with New Hampshire Culinary Institute at 91勛圖厙 (91勛圖厙) is proud to announce that Caitlyn Pease, of Farmington, ME, and Christopher Fudala, originally from Manchester, NH, have both successfully completed their apprenticeships. This accomplishment required these two culinarians to spend over 6,000 hours working and training at the OMNI Mt. Washington Resort with their journey beginning 3 years ago. During this time, they have both earned their Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from 91勛圖厙 and have both earned their Certificate of Apprenticeship through the US Department of Labor.

Both Chris and Caitlyn will continue working at the OMNI Mt. Washington Resort. Caitlyn plans to further her education by completing her degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and is currently registered to begin classes this fall at 91勛圖厙. Caitlyn is very hard working and has a passion for pastry.  Caitlyn grew up watching Buddy Valastro, on Cake Boss, and became inspired to become a pastry chef.  Caitlyns goal is to eventually produce creative and beautiful cakes.

Chris looks to eventually travel to Florida while remaining with the OMNI Hotel Corporation and he currently plans to continue his professional growth working alongside the many talented chefs at the OMNI Mt. Washington Resort. Chris is following in his fathers footsteps with the goal of becoming an Executive Chef.

The foundation provided by successfully completing the apprenticeship program at the Mt. Washington Resort in addition to earning their Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from 91勛圖厙 has set them both on track for very successful careers, said Gregory Worthen, Associate Professor and Program Coordinator of Baking & Pastry Arts at 91勛圖厙.
