91Թ (91Թ)  promotes online degrees and certificates strategically across the U.S. to demonstrate our values and ensure our commitment to the  regardless of the teaching and learning modality, as best suits the interest and education of our students.

91Թ is an approved institutional participant in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA). Voluntary membership in NC-SARA allows 91Թ to provide distance learning to residents outside of the state of New Hampshire.

The primary goal of NC-SARA is to provide basic protections to 91Թ students who live outside of New Hampshire while participating in distant/online learning coursework delivered by 91Թ. 

91Թ has been approved to participate in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement. 

Professional Licensure

Licensing requirements in N.H. may not be recognized as sufficient to obtain a license in another state. 91Թ cannot determine the applicability of program requirements to satisfy licensing requirements outside N.H. Our degree and certificate programs are designed to meet the licensure requirements of licensing entities within N.H.

If you have a concern and it is not resolved to your satisfaction within 91Թ’s internal processes, New Hampshire residents and out-of-state students residing in SARA states may choose to file a complaint with the .
